Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Our Family Grid, you agree to these terms.
The service
- Our Family Grid is a family organization tool: shared project boards, tasks with assignees and due dates, Google Calendar sync, project photo and video storage, and a private member document vault.
- The service is provided as-is and as-available. We may update or change features over time.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and be authorized to add the family members and content you upload.
Your content
- You retain ownership of everything you upload — projects, tasks, photos, videos, and documents. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display that content back to you and your family.
- Do not upload content you don't have rights to, unlawful content, or content that harms others.
Google Calendar
- Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When connected, you authorize us to create, update, and delete task events on your calendar. You can disconnect at any time.
- Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Google Calendar itself.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service: no attempting to access other families' data, no disrupting the service, and no using it to store or distribute prohibited content.
Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Family Grid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data resulting from your use of the service. Keep your own backups of critical documents such as passports and certificates.
Ending your account
- You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
